Content Marketing: Be Found When Customers Are Ready
How to create useful, discoverable content that builds trust and can support better-informed enquiries over time.

Useful content can help a potential customer understand your expertise, approach, and service boundaries before making contact. It does not guarantee enquiries, but it builds an information base that can support trust and better-informed decisions over time.
Useful Content Builds Trust Before Contact
Even as AI-generated answers spread across search, Google continues to recommend original, useful, people-first content: there is no special format that guarantees visibility in AI features. E-E-A-T — Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness — is a useful way to consider quality, but it is not a specific ranking factor; Google identifies trust as the central aspect.
Accurate content can demonstrate your expertise before contact.
What to Publish (Without Overextending)
You don't have to become a publisher: real customer questions are a practical starting point for deciding what to publish.
- The frequent questions: the ones people always ask — "How much does it cost?", "How does it work?", "How long does it take?". Answer them thoroughly on the blog.
- Customer problems: talk about the results they get, not only about what you do. Don't say "we build websites", explain "we help you find customers online".
- Case studies: with the client's permission, describe context, method, and genuinely documented results. Do not invent metrics or quotations, and state the limits of the example.
Publishing Is Not Enough: Distribute the Work
Writing is only half the work: an article no one reads produces no results.
If you spend two hours writing, plan time to distribute it too.
- Send it in your newsletter.
- Publish a summary on LinkedIn.
- Make a short Instagram video that links to the article.
- Share it directly only with contacts for whom it is relevant and in line with their expressed preferences.
Invest in Your Asset
Advertising can buy visibility while a campaign is active; content takes longer, but may remain useful and discoverable for longer. Measure visibility, engagement, and attributable enquiries to understand whether it works. See how AI can support the process.
